Room Allotment
Dates: July 30 and 31, 2024
Location: Budha College Campus, Management Block
Process:
- Visit the college on either July 30 or 31
- Report to the Accounts Office
- Complete necessary paperwork & clear your hostel dues
- Receive your room key and allotment details
- Move in and set up your new space
What We Provide
Your room comes equipped with:
- Wardrobe
- Bed frame
- Mattress
What to Bring
Essentials:
- Bedding (sheets, pillow, blanket)
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.)
- Towels
- Clothes hangers
- Laundry bag
- Personal medications
Recommended:
- Power strip
- Reusable water bottle
- Basic first-aid kit
- Alarm clock
- Lock for you Room
Important Rules to Remember
- Keep your room and common areas clean
- Respect quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 6 AM)
- No smoking or alcohol in the hostel premises
- Visitors must be registered and leave by 7 PM
- Respect your roommates' space and belongings
- Turn off lights, fans, and close taps when not in use
- Properly dispose of all garbage and waste
Important Notice: Ragging in all its forms is totally banned in the Hostel and College premises. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging.

- Participate in hostel activities to make friends
- Create a cleaning schedule with your roommates
- Be mindful of shared spaces and others' privacy
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
